What to Expect

Initial Consultation

In your initial consultation, we’ll explore the full picture of your health — what you’re currently experiencing, your medical and family history, and your diet, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing. This session allows me to understand your unique needs and determine whether a personalised protocol is the right next step for you.

If it’s not the best fit at this time, I’ll provide a realistic, holistic naturopathic treatment plan tailored to your goals and current presentation. This is a stand-alone appointment and not included in the 4-month protocol package.

Functional Pathology

Once we’ve identified which pathology markers are relevant for you during your initial consultation, the next step is to complete your blood testing. You’ll head to your local pathology clinic with a referral for the specific tests we’ve discussed. These results are essential in guiding the development of your personalised nutrition and treatment plan — ensuring everything we recommend is tailored to your biochemistry and current health picture.

Starting your Protocol

Once we’ve completed your initial consultation, reviewed your full health history, gathered your body measurements, and received your pathology results, I’ll use all of this information to create your personalised nutrition and treatment plan.

In your next consultation, we’ll spend an hour together walking through your protocol in detail — covering your food plan, supplement recommendations, and the key foundations we’ll be focusing on. We’ll map out what the next 4 months will look like, so you feel clear, supported, and confident as you begin your journey.

Implementing & Integrating

The first few weeks of implementing your protocol are often the most transformative — and also where the right support makes all the difference.

During this step, we’ll focus on helping you integrate your new food plan, supplement schedule, and lifestyle shifts into your daily life in a way that feels realistic and empowering. Together, we’ll navigate any resistance, unexpected symptoms, or life logistics that might come up — and make adjustments early, so you don’t feel like you’ve been left to figure it out on your own.
