Naturopathy teaches people to manage and optimise their health using a range of methods that support the healing processes of our bodies, and creates and maintains a healthy balance.
I use a combination of traditional naturopathic methods and herbal remedies, functional medicine, practitioner only supplements, nutrition and very doable lifestyle tweaks to create a scientifically sound, effective, and (most importantly) personalised and realistic approach to supporting and restoring your health.

What to expect when you see a naturopath:
The Initial Consultation 1:1 naturopathic support
In your initial naturopathic consultation we will spend 90 minutes together, either in person or online, and we will go deep. We will discuss everything about your health, not only the symptoms and concerns that led you to book your appointment, but also the body systems that intertwine with these. You will have a safe space to openly talk about your health, how it is that you’ve come to this point , and everything that’s impacted you up until now. This is a moment for you to tell your story and be listened to compassionately and without judgement. IIn this appointment, you will walk away with clarity and a personalised plan for what happens next. We will assess which core pathway is the best fit for you, whether that is Metabolic Balance®, my Personalised Protocol, or my DNA-guided program. We will also determine which tests, if any, should be ordered, and where it makes the most sense to begin, including initial nutrition and lifestyle support, plus targeted herbal medicine and supplements as needed.
Determining your personalised pathway
After your initial consultation and any recommended testing, we determine the most appropriate pathway for your care. This is a considered clinical decision, based on your health history, current presentation, results, and long term goals.
From here, your care will move into one of my core pathways. This may be Metabolic Balance®, where structured, personalised nutrition is the primary focus. It may be my Personalised Protocol, which allows for deeper, multi system support across areas such as gut health, hormones, metabolic function, and nervous system regulation. Or, for those seeking the most comprehensive and advanced level of care, it may be my DNA-guided program, which uses your genetic blueprint to inform highly tailored nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement strategies.
Each pathway is intentionally designed and reflects a different depth of care. My role is to guide you into the pathway that best matches your physiology, complexity, and the level of support required to create meaningful and sustainable change.
From here, you move forward with clarity, structure, and a clearly defined direction for your health.
Putting your plan into action
Once your pathway has been determined, we begin implementing your plan in a way that feels achievable, supportive, and sustainable. This is where your personalised recommendations are translated into real life, with clear guidance around nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and nervous system support.
Your plan is not static. As your body responds, your protocol is refined to ensure it remains aligned with your needs and goals. This allows us to work progressively and intentionally, rather than trying to address everything at once.
Support during this phase is designed to help you feel held and guided, not overwhelmed. You will know what to focus on, why it matters, and how it fits into the bigger picture of your health.

A bespoke prescription with practitioner only supplementation & herbal formulas created just for you (at an additional cost). You will also receive a guide on how and when to take each item and the reasoning behind them.
A holistic overview of your current health status - to help you better understand why you’re feeling the way you do
A pathology analysis looking at any relevant testing you’ve had done, and any we have ordered together. This gives you an understanding on where your health is at, and where we are going.
Health goals - during your initial consultation we will discuss your main health priorities and at the end of the consult, I will help you to come up with clear health goals that will help you achieve the best outcome. Each time we see each other we will go through these goals to see how you’re going and adjust accordingly.

Dietary and lifestyle recommendations are tailored specifically to you and aligned with your chosen pathway. These strategies are practical, achievable, and designed to support long term health rather than short term fixes.

Making a new appointment especially when it comes to your health can be daunting. It’s also an investment in both your time and money so it’s understandable you want to get a sense for who you’re booking with, what they’re about, and how they might be able to help. That’s why I offer a 30 minute discovery call . These calls can be used to answer any questions you might have about seeing a naturopath or starting Metabolic Balance ® and provides us both an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit for each other. Please note as this is a discovery call and not a mini consult we won’t be going into too many specifics and I won’t be providing you with a treatment plan or prescription (I’m also not able to provide specific advice during the free 30 minute call due to insurance and association rules and regulations).

After your first consult with me, we will book you in for an additional 30min session to go through the treatment plan and map how you will implement this sustainably.

The Personalised Protocol is a 4 month fully tailored, multi layer naturopathic approach designed for women who need deeper support beyond nutrition alone. It integrates functional testing, targeted supplementation, personalised nutrition, lifestyle medicine, nervous system regulation, and when appropriate, tools such as EFT or therapeutic yoga. This approach addresses root causes rather than symptoms, supporting gut health, liver detoxification, hormone balance, stress resilience, and mitochondrial function in a phased and strategic way. Each protocol evolves with you over time, adapting to your biochemistry, symptoms, and life demands, making it ideal for complex presentations such as perimenopause, gut dysfunction, autoimmune patterns, chronic fatigue, or long standing metabolic issues where a more nuanced and responsive approach is required.

Metabolic Balance® is a 3 month structured, evidence based nutrition program that uses your individual blood chemistry, medical history, and body composition to create a personalised whole food plan designed to stabilise blood sugar, regulate insulin, and restore metabolic function.
