Lifeโ€™s too short not to enjoy what we eat! While I donโ€™t believe in dieting, I do believe what we eat needs to fuel us and be as close to nature as possible. Food should be made from plants, not in a plant.

As a naturopath I believe what we eat needs to be simple, healthy, affordable and easy to prepare.

Every time you eat, it is an opportunity to nourish your body.

Iโ€™m always turned off when I look at recipes and theyโ€™re too complex, involving a tonne of steps and ingredients that lets face it, you might not use again. Thatโ€™s why I like to keep things simple, affordable and balanced. I hope you enjoy my collection of recipes.
