Welcome. I am so happy to have you here. This website, https://www.carolynallenhealth.com, is owned and operated by Carolyn Allen Health Pty Ltd, ABN: 34 662 132 372. If you have any questions or need further information, please email Carolyn Allen at hello@carolynallenhealth.com
This page outlines the key terms and conditions that apply when you use this website or make a purchase from me. I encourage you to read through them carefully, as they help establish a clear understanding of our working relationship and ensure that we both know what to expect moving forward.
By accessing this website, engaging my services, or purchasing any products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using this website or making a purchase.
All services and products offered here are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
I may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time, so I encourage you to review them periodically to stay informed about any changes.
In some cases, additional or specific terms may apply to particular services, packages, or programs. Where there is a conflict between those terms and the ones set out here, the specific terms will take precedence to the extent of any inconsistency.
Age and Consent
My services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. I do offer consultations for minors under 18, but only with the informed consent and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By booking services on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian acknowledges responsibility for ensuring all relevant health history is provided and that recommendations are followed appropriately.
Content Disclaimer
The content I share on this website and through my social media channels is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. It reflects naturopathic, nutritional, lifestyle, and functional medicine principles but should not be considered a substitute for personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should always seek the guidance of your GP or another qualified healthcare professional with any questions or concerns about your health. Do not ignore or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you have read here.
Content Policy
I invest significant time and care into researching and creating the information shared on this website because I believe it is accurate, valuable, and helpful. However, how you choose to use that information is entirely your responsibility.
Please understand that the content provided here is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional medical advice that takes into account your individual health circumstances.
Your use of this website does not establish a practitioner–client relationship. Such a relationship is only formed when you decide to work with me directly by purchasing a service or product.
Any testimonials, stories, or results mentioned on this site are shared as examples from my own experience or that of my clients. They are not promises or guarantees that you will experience identical outcomes.
Although I make every effort to ensure the content I publish is relevant, accurate, and kept up to date, I cannot guarantee that it will always be free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. I also reserve the right to change, update, or remove any content at any time without prior notice.
Telehealth Services
All consultations and programs are delivered online via telehealth. By proceeding with a booking, you consent to receiving naturopathic services remotely. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection, a private and safe environment for consultations, and appropriate technology to access online sessions. Please be aware that telehealth consultations have inherent limitations compared to in-person care, and some assessments or recommendations may require further investigation by your GP or other healthcare providers.
Visitor Responsibilities
Your health and safety online are ultimately your own responsibility. Before acting on any information found here, you should conduct your own research, consult appropriately qualified professionals, and make decisions that suit your unique circumstances.
By using this website, you agree to use it respectfully and lawfully. This means you will not engage in harmful, malicious, or unlawful activities such as spamming, posting defamatory material, introducing viruses or malware, attempting to access restricted areas without permission, or using the site for any purpose other than accessing content, participating in programs, or purchasing services and products. I reserve the right to deny access or refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.
Communication Boundaries
Direct messaging through social media platforms is not an appropriate channel for clinical communication, sharing medical information, or requesting treatment advice. For privacy and safety reasons, please use email for administrative matters and booked consultations for clinical guidance. Messages sent via social media may not be monitored or responded to.
Downloads
From time to time, this website may provide free or paid digital downloads. While I take cybersecurity seriously and do my best to ensure all downloadable materials are safe and free from issues, I cannot guarantee that they will always be completely free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
It is your responsibility to protect your devices and data. Please make sure you have appropriate security measures in place, such as updated antivirus software and secure internet practices, before downloading any material from this site.

For health professionals, I offer:
New Practitioner Mentoring
Business Coaching and Business Set-Up
My goal in providing these services is to support other health professionals in fulfilling their business vision, with the collective aim of enhancing the healthcare landscape and promoting better health and wellbeing within the community.
Why Work With Me
I am a degree-qualified naturopath and nutritionist (BHSc) from Endeavour College of Natural Health in Brisbane, Australia. I am also a qualified Yoga Teacher, Kundalini Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master, and EFT Practitioner. In addition, I am continuing my studies in genetics, epigenetics, and nutrigenomics through Precision Health under the guidance of Dr Denise Furness.
I am a member of the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA) and complete annual continuing education to maintain the highest standard of professional practice.
Perfect — this will be a long and detailed section, but it will complete your Website Terms of Use, Client Agreement & Service Conditions. Below is Part 2 (Final Sections) of your document, continuing seamlessly from where we left off:
Provider Responsibility
As a naturopathic practitioner, I am dedicated to providing care that integrates the best available evidence with traditional naturopathic principles, always with the aim of supporting your overall health and wellbeing. My role is to offer education, recommendations, and a personalised holistic care plan tailored to your unique needs, as discussed in our consultations.
While I strive to deliver high-quality, individualised support, I cannot promise specific outcomes, as responses to naturopathic treatments can differ from person to person. My services are designed to complement, not replace, conventional medical care, and I strongly encourage you to continue working with your primary healthcare provider. To ensure you receive the most appropriate and effective care, it is essential that you share any relevant medical history and details of current treatments with me.
What I Expect from You
Suitability
You are likely to benefit most from working with me if you:
Are committed to improving your health and wellbeing, whether you have specific goals or simply want to feel better in the long term.
Are prepared to take personal responsibility and make meaningful, sustainable changes across different areas of your life.
Are open to exploring new approaches and receptive to recommendations.
Recognise that healing is a process rather than a quick fix, and that progress may include ups and downs along the way.
Are willing to dedicate at least 3 to 12 months to implementing changes and observing improvements in your health.
Are prepared to make a financial investment in your wellbeing as part of this journey.
Unsuitability
My services may not be appropriate if you are experiencing a medical emergency, are not in a stable condition, or require urgent medical attention. In such cases, please contact your doctor or go directly to your nearest emergency department.
These services may also not be the right fit if you are unable to commit to at least three consultations or around three months of focused work on your health. Achieving meaningful change takes time, and it’s uncommon to see significant results from a single initial appointment. Likewise, naturopathy may not align with your expectations if you are seeking a rapid solution or “quick fix” for a long-term or complex health issue.
If you’re unsure which service is most suitable for your needs, you’re welcome to book a Discovery Call or reach out via email with any questions.
Specific Instructions
Following most consultations, I will provide you with a personalised treatment plan, unless we have agreed that it will be delayed (for example, while waiting on test results). I aim to send this plan within 7 calendar days, although on occasion it may take a little longer. What you choose to do with the recommendations in this plan is entirely up to you, but I encourage you to approach them with openness and curiosity.
You may also be prescribed tailored supplements such as herbal formulations, nutraceuticals, or specific vitamins and minerals. It is important that you follow the dosage and usage instructions provided, as these prescriptions are created specifically for your needs and should not be shared with anyone else.
If functional testing is part of your care, the laboratory will usually supply detailed instructions. For the most accurate results, it’s important that you follow these directions as closely as possible.
Risks
As with pharmaceutical medications, herbal remedies and nutritional supplements can sometimes carry risks. It’s essential that you share full details of anything you are currently taking so I can assess potential interactions with medications, foods, or other substances. Always follow the instructions provided for safe and effective use. If you experience any unexpected or adverse reactions, contact me promptly, and seek immediate medical attention if you suspect an allergic response.
I may also suggest certain lifestyle practices as part of your treatment plan. While I will explain any associated risks, the decision to implement these recommendations is ultimately yours.
Limitations
Naturopaths are complementary health practitioners, not medical doctors. It’s important that you continue regular care with your primary healthcare provider (such as your GP) while addressing your health concerns. Naturopathic care does not involve diagnosing or curing medical conditions, and you remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing throughout the process. If you are currently taking prescribed medications or undergoing medical treatment, this is not the time to discontinue them.
If you are also working with other healthcare professionals, please let me know. I encourage open communication and am happy to collaborate as part of a broader, integrative approach to your care.
Professional Advice
Before making significant changes to your lifestyle — such as beginning a new exercise program — it’s important to seek clearance from a qualified medical professional, such as your GP or an exercise physiologist.
The support and guidance I provide are not a replacement for medical care, mental health treatment, counselling, or therapy. If any concerns arise during the course of our work together, I strongly encourage you to seek support or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare provider or specialist service. Healing often requires a team approach.
Payment Terms
Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Forms of Payment
Payments are processed securely through Simple Clinic, which uses PCI-compliant infrastructure provided by Stripe. Payment credentials are encrypted and tokenised to ensure the highest level of security.
Payment Requirements
Consultations: All naturopathic consultations (initial, return, or acute) must be paid in full at the time of booking. Consultations will not proceed unless payment has been received.
Packages: If you choose to commit to a program or package, payment must be made in full before the start of the program. This secures your place and allows me to prepare your personalised plan.
Additional Costs: Functional testing, pathology, or supplementation are not included in consultation or package fees and will be invoiced separately.
Online Programs
Payment for online programs is due in full at the time of enrolment. A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase, during which you may cancel and receive a refund provided program content has not yet been released.
If pathology testing has been ordered and paid for as part of your program and you withdraw within the cooling-off period, the cost of testing is non-refundable.
Once program content has been released and you have gained access, refunds are not available for change of mind.
Supplements and Products
Prescribed supplements and products are charged separately and supplied through professional online dispensaries such as Vital.ly and Ariya Health. Payment must be made directly to the supplier before products are dispatched. Each supplier has its own policies on payment, delivery, and returns. Please review their terms before purchasing.
Shipping, handling, and dispensing fees vary depending on the product, supplier, and location. Please confirm these costs before finalising your order.
E-Books
Payment for e-books must be made in full before delivery. Because they provide immediate access to my intellectual property, e-books are non-refundable once purchased.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are not offered. All services, programs, and packages must be paid in full before the appointment date or program start.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for change of mind. Please consider carefully whether a service, product, or program is right for you before purchasing. To view my cancellation and refund policy click here https://www.carolynallenhealth.com/cancellation-policy
Order Fulfilment and Replacement Products
The fulfilment of supplement orders is managed directly by the distributor. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify me as soon as possible so I can liaise with the distributor on your behalf. I am not responsible for replacements of products not purchased directly through me.
Consumer Guarantees
I comply with all applicable rights and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Minor Issues: I will address them promptly and professionally, which may include correcting the issue, offering a partial refund, or rescheduling an appointment at no cost.
Major Issues: If a major problem occurs, you may be entitled to a refund, a replacement product (through the supplier), or compensation for significant inconvenience or loss.
Limitation of Liability
I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously. However, my liability — even in the case of a major issue — is limited to either supplying the goods or services again or refunding the amount you have paid.

Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process
Good Faith Negotiation

Mediation
If we cannot resolve the matter through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution before considering legal proceedings. I commit to engaging in this process with the same spirit of collaboration.

Your personal information, including health information, is collected, stored, and used solely for the purpose of providing naturopathic care and related services. I maintain secure, confidential records in accordance with legal and professional requirements.
You can review my full Privacy Policy here: https://www.carolynallenhealth.com/privacy-policy
Force Majeure
I will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform my obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, cyberattacks, power outages, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. The invalid provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with any additional terms provided to you for specific services or programs, constitute the entire agreement between you and Carolyn Allen Health Pty Ltd. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to your use of this website or engagement with my services.
